It was a bit much with the back and forth before getting to the final “offer” after being told from the beginning what the goal was. No need for to keep people sitting around for hours. The closing paperwork was incorrect in several areas. Still hasn’t been corrected after almost 2 weeks. No communication other than “let me get with them”. I have the final “contract agreement”. The next Chevy purchase will not be conducted at Turan Foley.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, It cost me $500.00 with all the add on stuff. I know the service writers dump all this stuff on top because they work for commision. I will go to 5 minute oil chage next time or trade in to Ford.

Teddy was probably the only great part of our experience there. I am very frustrated about this whole thing. I bought a car that I can't even drive. I had the car in my possession for maybe 13 hours and have not seen it since. Jason in financing railroaded me into that loan when I told him those payments were too high and I did not want to do it. It has been horrible. I just want my down payment back and y’all can keep the car.

Silverado that I bought brand new from you was towed in at noon on Monday, because it wouldn't start. Service department was so backed up I did not get the truck back until Wednesday afternoon. All it needed was a new battery. For the money I've paid for new vehicles from your dealership over the years, I find this unacceptable. My service advisor, Sarah, was very nice to work with. Not her fault. Service management needs to get out of their office and monitor what's going on with back ups and make needed adjustments.

I dropped off to pick up at a later time. All went well. Service was completed, however I was told the vehicle was going to be washed before pick up and that did not happen. Wasn’t a huge deal to me, and the service person suggested it to be done and I thought that would be great, but wasn’t done. I did not request it so I was that disappointed.

The service and staff were excellent. I had an incident while waiting on my vehicle to be serviced. I got up from my chair and I took a tumble to the floor. My foot fell asleep and I tripped. There were about 4 or 5 ladies (staff) that ran over to help me. I could hear their concern through their voices. They helped me up. Propped up my foot and immediately brought me some bagged ice. They were very attentive. I didn’t get their names except for one. Her name was Christy. She helped me get into my car and I certainly appreciated her help. Thank you Turan Foley for staffing great caring women!

I like Turan foley but every time I go in there’s a different service advisor. People like dealing with the same people when they work on there cars. If money is the problem it should be fixed. I been going there a long time and purchased my vehicle there the only one I know is Wayne. I drive from Covington because I’ve liked the service there but I’ve been to bill hood here too and they have the same people there for the last two years. So they must be paying them right and the customer knows them and the service advisor to and knows there car and what they expect. I’m probably not going back because of this. I’ll go to Bill hood.

Worst experience ever. Jason Richard’s kept inventing more problems and constantly lying (literally every interaction was a lie) to keep the truck longer than necessary to milk money out of the warranty wherever he could. A starter does NOT take an entire month to complete, y’all never even got to the secondary issue I was inquiring about. I got so sick of the constant lies I just pulled my truck from y’all’s claws to go to someone more reliable and HONEST. Until Jason is no longer a part of the Turan team, your business will not get any better. He is a horrible individual lacking integrity and morals, unless that’s the way Turan trained him to be, then it’s shame on y’all

I went for an oil change and rotation, they stated they called during the visit to see if I wanted them to do some other needed work. I never received a call or text. I was on a test drive w one of the sales associates. So I left thinking Everton was back in order. Drove 4 hrs back home. I decided to change my filters out myself, and the filter compartment was open all the way screws were sticking out. When I looked in the reservoir there was lots of debris and a small dried out mouse. No one said anything about how bad it was or even asked me if I wanted to have them to change the filters. Im so glad I looked under my own hood. The work that they done was crappy and unacceptable. I loved coming here when I visit my sisters home in the area. Now it's questionable. Horrible service.

The people I dealt with were courteous and professional throughout. However, the service was due to the failure of a module associated with the On-Star system and the experience was not positive. I originally brought the vehicle in months ago due to a system warning. The vehicle was kept for weeks before being returned without repairs and I was told the part was backordered. Weeks later, I contacted your dealership to check on the status and was told the part had been in for quite some time...why wasn't I notified? I brought the vehicle back in and it was kept for another week before being returned...after several calls/texts to check on its' status. This shows a complete lack of customer focus.
